The health and well being our guests and staff is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we have put in place a Covid-19 Safety Protocol which will guide our hotel operations during this time. 
Creating safe hotel visits

Hospitality thrives on relationships. It thrives on connections, smiles and on human touch. However, hospitality as we know it has been changed by the Covid-19 pandemic. Daunting though the present and future might seem in comparison to the past, we believe we can make lemon from lemonade.  

As we navigate our new reality, we as the Lalani Hotel team will ensure that you always feel welcomed and well catered to.In order to safe guard your health and the health of the Lalani team, we will be enforcing the following measures:  

Cleaning & hygiene 
  • Our employees have been trained in hygiene and new cleaning routines 
  • We have increased the cleaning frequency of surfaces that are used regularly e.g. door handles 
  • Staff & guests are encouraged to sanitize or wash their hands regularly 
  • Previously occupied rooms will remain vacant for 48 hours before being allocated to the next guest 

In addition to the above hygiene measures, our Covid-19 safety protocol requires that we do the following: 

  • Check guest & staff temperatures upon arrival & at regular intervals during your stay
  • Enforce social distancing of a minimum of 2 metres between individuals 
  • Ensure all guest and staff wear their masks at all times when on the hotel premises
  • Limit all events and gatherings to a maximum of 50 people
