Half Day Conference Packages
A half day conference is a conference which takes place for only half a day either from 8am to 12:30pm or from 12:30pm to 5:00pm. These are ideal for organizations that are pressed for time and cannot devote an entire day for a conference. At Lalani Hotel conference venue, we have half day conference packages that include the following:
- Conference room hire (4 hour use)
- 2 course lunch
- Only one tea is provided depending on whether the conference is held during the morning hours or afternoon hours we
- Projector screen and projector
- Flip chart and markers
- Stationery (1 notepad and 1 pen per delegate)
- Refreshments (mineral water and mints)
- Free WI-FI access
We can also providing the following at an extra cost:
- Transport to and from the Bulawayo city centre
- PA System and Mic
- Decor of the conference venue in company colors
